💬 Our Promise

At ThreadElegance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy return and exchange process for both domestic (India) and international orders.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have all tags and labels intact

Be returned within:

7 days of delivery (India)

10 days of delivery (International orders including USA)

Not fall under non-returnable categories (see below)

🚫Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Items purchased on Sale (30% off or more)

Custom or made-to-order items

Intimate wear (e.g. blouses, bodysuits, innerwear)

Items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition

🔁 Exchange Policy

India: Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement.

International (e.g., USA): No direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. 📦 Return Process (India) Email us at support@threadelegance.com or WhatsApp at +91 91677 49957 within 7 days of delivery. Mention your order number, issue, and attach product images if applicable. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Refund/credit is processed once we receive and inspect the product.

🧾 Refund Options (India):

Full refund to original payment method

Store credit (on request)

COD orders: refunded via UPI/bank transfer

🌍 Return Process (International / USA)

Email support@threadelegance.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Mention your order number and include clear photos of the product.

Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any customs clearance charges.

💰 Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after product inspection.

⚠️ Items Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item Delivered

If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Send clear images to support@threadelegance.com.

We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as applicable.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank/credit card account

Wait 3–5 working days for processing
